Subscription & Payment Policy
Billing, payment methods, and subscription terms for ViViDio Connect. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
This Subscription & Payment Policy (“Payment Policy”) governs how ViViDio Connect (a product of ViViD App Studio, operated by ViViD Global Services) bills you for paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans on a monthly and yearly basis. Plan features, pricing, and limits are displayed on our pricing page and at the time of checkout. You select a plan and billing cycle at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen period (e.g., one month or one year).
2. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Razorpay (or such other payment processor we may use from time to time). By paying, you agree to the payment processor’s terms and conditions. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers; the payment processor handles sensitive payment data in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
3. Billing Cycle and Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You will be charged the then-current fee for your plan and billing cycle at each renewal. We may change subscription fees upon reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
4. “No-Failure” Billing Retry Logic
If a renewal payment fails (e.g., card declined, insufficient funds, or expired card), we or our payment processor may automatically retry charging your payment method according to our retry schedule (“no-failure” or retry logic). Retries are intended to give you time to update your payment method without immediate loss of access. The number and timing of retries may vary and will be conducted in accordance with our internal policy and the payment processor’s capabilities. If all retries fail, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is successfully completed. We are not liable for any interruption of service due to failed payments.
5. Currency and Taxes
Fees are displayed and charged in the currency indicated at checkout (e.g., Indian Rupees). You are responsible for any applicable taxes (including GST or VAT) unless we are required by law to collect or remit them. Prices may vary by region.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your plan, you may be charged a prorated amount or the full new price as indicated at the time of upgrade. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for downgrades or partial periods are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account and pursue recovery of the amount and any associated fees. We encourage you to contact us at support@vividappstudio.zohodesk.com before initiating a chargeback.
