Refund & Cancellation Policy
No-refund policy for digital SaaS access. Clear steps to cancel your subscription and avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to ViViDio Connect (a product of ViViD App Studio, operated by ViViD Global Services). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially the no-refund policy and cancellation steps.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases of digital SaaS access (subscriptions) to ViViDio Connect are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Monthly or yearly subscription fees already paid.
- Partial periods (e.g., unused days in a billing cycle) after payment has been processed.
- Change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta).
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this no-refund policy. Exceptions may be required by applicable law in your jurisdiction; in such cases, only the minimum required by law will apply.
Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid.
2. How to Cancel and Avoid Next-Cycle Charges
To cancel your subscription and ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log in to your ViViDio Connect account (PWA or Chrome Extension, as applicable).
- Step 2: Go to My Account (or the account/profile section where your subscription is managed).
- Step 3: Locate the subscription or billing section and select the option to Cancel subscription or Do not renew.
- Step 4: Complete any confirmation step (e.g., confirm cancellation in the modal or on the next screen).
- Step 5: Retain any confirmation message or email you receive. If you do not see a cancellation option in-app, contact us at support@vividappstudio.zohodesk.com with your account email and request to cancel before the next renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date; no further charges will be made for the next cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in the current period.
3. Failed Payments and Retries
If a payment fails, we may retry charging your payment method as described in our Subscription & Payment Policy. Ensuring cancellation before the renewal date is the only way to guarantee no charge for the next cycle. We are not liable for charges that occur because cancellation was not completed in time.
4. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you may be required to enter a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first paid period in accordance with this policy. Trial terms will be clearly stated at sign-up.
