ViViDio Connect (“the Software”) is a product of ViViD App Studio, operated by ViViD Global Services. By accessing or using the Software (including the Chrome Extension, Progressive Web Application, and any related services), you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer in its entirety.

1. Software Provided “AS IS”

The Software is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViViD App Studio and ViViD Global Services (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

2. No Liability for WhatsApp Account Safety

Use of the Software may involve interaction with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to WhatsApp (owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates). We are not responsible and assume zero liability for any suspension, restriction, or permanent ban of your WhatsApp or other third-party accounts, whether resulting from automated messaging, volume of messages, violation of such platforms’ terms of service, or any other cause. You use the Software at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp’s applicable policies.

3. No Liability for Data Loss or Business Interruption

We disclaim all liability for any loss of data, corruption of data, interruption of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to failures of Google Sheets integration, Chrome Extension or PWA unavailability, API changes by third parties, or any other technical or operational issue. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and business continuity measures.

4. Zero-Liability Statement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ViViD App Studio, ViViD Global Services, or their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages for loss of use, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software may rely on or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google APIs, Chrome Web Store, Razorpay, Firebase). We do not control and are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of such services. Any reliance on them is at your sole risk.

6. Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Disclaimer or the Software is subject to the dispute resolution terms set forth in our Dispute Resolution policy.
